8 Week Stress Reduction Course

This 8 Week course based on Jon Kabat-Zinn MBSR training, teaches a wide range of Mindfulness exercises and meditations to help reduce work, family and healthy related stress.

The Mindfulness Facilitators Suzanne and Amanda will teach participants:
How to Tame their Mind
Reduce the Stress in their Life and
Bring Happiness and Contentment back into their being using Meditation and Mindfulness practice.

Refund Policy - We will accept cancellations and process a full refund up to 1 month prior to this event, except for students who have purchased our special course fee, there will be a $50 administration charge.  We will also accept cancellations and process a refund minus a $50 process fee up to 7 days prior to this event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other event dates.  You however can on-sell or gift your ticket to someone else, as long you inform us of the name change.
